Vital Information About Your Case

It is imperative that you keep us advised of names and addresses of all doctors, hospitals and other health-care providers that treat you for your injuries. Always send us copies of medical bills and other expenses relating to your case. You should also let us know generally about all subsequent health problems, so we can determine whether they affect your case or not.

If your case involves physical injury, we will ask you to keep us advised of your condition and treatment.

While the case is pending and awaiting trial, it's helpful if you will send us a completed update form approximately every two months summarizing the important points of your condition and treatment during that interval. That way, we have a written record in our file which will aid in the ongoing investigation and development of your case as we represent you.
